HiFive Chicken is a Canadian fast food chain established in 2016 with their first location in Vancouver, BC. Since then, the brand has experienced rapid growth, proudly expanding its presence to more than 11 locations across British Columbia. This remarkable trajectory is a testament to the brand's journey, highlighting their commitment to continuous expansion and serving delicious, quality food!

THE CHALLENGE

The primary challenge for HiFive Chicken was the reliance on traditional marketing channels, such as direct mail coupons. While effective to a certain extent, these methods had limitations in reaching a broader audience and adapting to the digital landscape. With the arrival of the slow post-holiday season, there was a need to explore alternative strategies to drive online sales and increase foot traffic to their locations.

To address the challenge at hand, our team proposed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that leveraged the power of online advertising. The key components of the solution included:

Geofence Meta Ads: We introduced visually engaging Geofence Meta Ads to target potential customers within specific geographic areas. These ads were strategically placed to capture the attention of individuals near HiFive Chicken locations, providing  an immersive and enticing visual experience
Google Search Ads: Recognizing the importance of targeting users actively searching for fast-casual restaurants, we implemented a robust Google Ads campaign. This diversified approach aimed to capture different user preferences and behaviors, ensuring a comprehensive online presence.
